Two Cuban men, who claim residency in Florida, were arrested yesterday by Rossford Police after they attempted to use a fraudulent credit card at a local Speedway gas station. Juan Martinez Garcia 41 and Michel Echeverria Conesa 39 were located by police after they fled the gas station when a clerk asked for identification.
